Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Geraew AI platform ("Platform"), available at geraew.ai, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must not use the Platform.

Geraew AI reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, with the user being notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Description of Service

Geraew AI is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate images and videos from text commands (prompts) provided by the user. Services may include, among others:

• Generation of static images based on text descriptions
• Generation and editing of videos with artificial intelligence assistance
• Tools for editing, enhancing, and customizing visual content
• Temporary storage of content generated on the Platform

3. User Registration and Account

To access certain features, the user must create an account, providing true, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials (login and password)
• All activities carried out in their account
• Immediately notifying Geraew AI of any unauthorized use of their account

Geraew AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use of the Platform

The user commits to using the Platform ethically and in compliance with applicable law. It is expressly prohibited to use the Platform to:

• Generate content involving child pornography, exploitation of minors, or any illegal content
• Create images or videos of real people without the explicit consent of those persons
• Produce defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that incites violence or hatred
• Generate content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to misinform or defraud
• Perform reverse engineering, decompile, or attempt to access the Platform's source code
• Use the Platform to send spam, phishing, or any malicious activity
• Intentionally overload the servers or interfere with the operation of the Platform

Geraew AI reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or ban offending users.

6. Plans and Payments

Geraew AI may offer free and paid plans. By contracting a paid plan, the user agrees to the prices and conditions in effect at the time of contracting. The specific conditions of each plan, including generation limits, available features, and refund policies, will be described on the Platform's pricing page.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to the features of the contracted plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

Geraew AI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geraew AI is not responsible for:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform or service interruptions
• Content generated by artificial intelligence that may be considered inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform
• Loss of data or content stored on the Platform
• Misuse of generated content by third parties

The user is solely responsible for their use of the content generated on the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. Geraew AI undertakes to process personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

9. Termination

The user may close their account at any time through the Platform's settings. Geraew AI may suspend or terminate the user's access at any time in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prejudice to other applicable measures.

After termination, content stored in the user's account may be permanently deleted after the retention period provided for in the Privacy Policy.

10. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of the district of Geraew AI's headquarters is elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

If any clause of these Terms is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
